Tier 3 — Cash Back
Reward: $25–$100 cash or account credit per completed referral. Best for higher-ticket trades (roofing, HVAC installs, remodeling) where the margin supports it. Example: "For every customer you refer who completes a job, we'll send you $50 cash."
Reward Amount Guidelines by Trade
- House cleaning — $25 gift card or 1 free add-on service. Repeat customers: a discount off next clean works well.
- Plumbing — $25–$50 gift card per completed job. Jobs vary widely; a flat gift card is simpler than %.
- Electrical — $50 gift card or $50 cash. Higher ticket average means reward can be more substantial.
- Landscaping — Free lawn treatment or $30 gift card. Seasonal — time the ask right (spring/fall).
- HVAC — $50–$100 cash back. High job value means a bigger reward is still great ROI.
- Pest control — Free quarterly spray or $25 gift card. Subscription model — referrals are especially valuable.
